JLB Therapies was born out of a love for holistic health. Caring for ourselves mentally, physically and emotionally in various ways, including yoga, movement, body weight training, massage and Reiki. If we want to live long, healthy lives it’s important for us to incorporate these aspects- and anything else that makes us feel well- into our routine.
I believe in listening to the body and making a mind-body connection. Stimulating ourselves mentally by always being inquisitive, always learning and always asking questions.
Massage has tremendous health benefits, ranging from improving blood flow and muscle tone, removing waste, reducing cramp, lowering blood pressure, boosting immunity and more. I love getting to know clients, their health conditions and seeing how massage can make improvements for them, no matter how big or small.
